The landlord is kind and prompt to answer and solve any questions or problems you might have in regards to the apartment. Bolton Hill is a very safe area and a 2 minute walk to Rite Aid and Save a lot. My fiancee and I are moving back to Virginia over the summer so we are looking for someone to take over our lease for the last 6 months with option to renew.
