This unit is located on the third floor. It has recently been updated with all new flooring throughout new cabinetry and appliances. Water sewage and trash removal are included in the rent. This unit has a wooden deck off the living room overlooking a wooded lot. Chateau Ridge is located in a rural setting but we are still conveniently close to the city. Water/sewage, and the trash removal are included in the rental cost. Occupying tenants must pay the electric. We are not accepting applications that have section 8 vouchers, I'm sorry. We also require that applicants have a combined household income that meets or exceeds at least $2,000 monthly to be qualified to lease the unit. There is an application fee of $25.00 per household to apply. All who are 18 years old or older that will be dwelling in the unit must fill out an application for the purpose of attaining a background check, credit check, and or employment verification.
