We renovated the house for ourselves when we originally purchased it in 2016, and lived there for about 5 years. The location is just 1 block from Ohlone park, and walking distance to Trader Joe's, restaurants on Shattuck Ave, and the University. NOTE: We are planning to sell the house in 2-3 years. Therefore, we need a tenant who is able to commit to moving out prior to May 31, 2028. We would also accept a lease term ending in May or June of 2027. Please only apply if you're comfortable with that timeline. Tenant will pay for all utilities (i.e. electricity, gas, water, trash, wifi). We will pay for a gardener to come periodically to maintain the gardens. No smoking.
