This is a nice unit and family neighborhood. Must have good credit (at least 700) and rental history, adequate income and no felonies. No exceptions, so please do not apply if you can't meet the requirements. 1 small dog/cat is okay. An 18 month lease is required and a background check will be $45. 18 month lease required. Owner pays trash and water. Renter pays for heat and electric.
