TIP: It needs to be no more than 30% of your income, meaning your income should be in the range of $4,666/month gross (not net). - We charge at move in: a security deposit ($1,400 security deposit + pet deposits, first month's rent $1,400, and last month's rent $1,400 = $4,200).
