    We are looking for new tenants to move in ASAP, and we will cover your security deposit of $2250 when you move in by March 1st! A beautiful bike ride through Old Town will have you downtown in minutes. There is a covered off-street parking and ample street parking. There is also a large shed on the property for added storage space. We are looking for a full property sublease, so this home will be all yours. The lease runs from your move-in date through July 2026, with the opportunity to re-sign. A security deposit will be due at signing (one month's rent), as will a pet deposit if you have one ($200 per pet, 2 pet max). There is no pet rent. However, pit bulls/pit mixes are not allowed :( Rent is paid monthly to the property management group (not us), and the tenants are responsible for utilities.
