There is no security deposit, only a required $350 application fee along with renter's insurance ($10/month). A credit and criminal background check must be conducted and you must be willing to sign a sublet agreement. As a tenant here, you'll pay only for electric (65$/month) & internet, gas and water are both covered by landlord. No utilities are included. Laundry will be available in the basement.
