Welcome to Algonquin Apartments, I'll be subletting my apartment unit since I'll be moving to new state, my lease will end on August 23rd, 2022. There is no security deposit, only a required $350 application fee along with renter's insurance ($10/month). A credit and criminal background check must be conducted and you must be willing to sign a sublet agreement. As a tenant here, you'll pay only for electric (65$/month) & internet, gas and water are both covered by landlord. No utilities are included. Laundry will be available in the basement.
