House has been totally redone inside and is like new. Property is over 1/3rd acre in a cul de sac with a large swimming pool and outside Tiki bar. Very large yard, in a nice, safe neighborhood. Perfect for families. Landscaping and pool services are included in the rent. Renters are responsible for all utilities, electric, water bills. Small dogs are allowed with a extra deposit. 1 year lease but may be possible to negotiate a shorter lease for an increase in rent.
