Living room both upstairs and downstairs. It will be available to move in around the beginning of September. Rent will be $750 per month with a $750 deposit. NO pets allowed unless they are kept outdoor at ALL times 365 days a year. Renter will be responsible for all yard care. No utilities included. $25 fee for credit and background check required upon completion of application.
