We are renting our cozy 2 bedroom home fully furnished and with all utilities, internet, and cable included in the monthly fee! This is an incredible deal for anyone looking to be in the LA area. Since owning the home, we have made major improvements to modernize the indoor spaces as well as have made the backyard a great area to host gatherings with close family and friends. The 2nd bedroom has been converted into an office space with a pull out couch, but there is queen sized bed is in the garage in case the renter prefers that option. Our gardeners are wonderful and come weekly to care for the backyard. All utilities, ADT security system, wifi and cable (w/ HBO) are included in the monthly rental fee. Both television sets are Smart TVs. The garage houses the washer and dryer units and is predominantly utilized as a storage space. The garage also has an attached room, which has been turned into a great workout space. About the Neighborhood: Harbor Pines is a quiet and friendly area. There are lots of trees and it's really good for walks. The house is close to many grocery stores (e.g. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Albertsons, Ralphs, etc.), restaurants, and parks. Dates: Dates are flexible. Our preference is to rent the home for a year. We are open to renting to people who need a place for less than a year, but not less than 6 months.
