The ground floor greets you with parking for 4, a private shower stall that's perfect for rinsing off the sand you've picked up from the beach, and a storage area (a key can be found inside!) with a few beach accessories that our amazing owner has left (including a BYOP BBQ!) to add to your adventure! Ample space and charging for a golf cart exists, as does a small yard in the rear if looking for some grass to go along with all of that sand! Take the staircase to First floor which boasts one bedroom (bedroom #1), a a full guest bathroom with tub (bathroom #1), and a private laundry. The Second floor brings you up to a pair of master bedrooms (#2 & #3). Both "Masters" share an expansive panoramic balcony view of the ICWW Marsh. There are multiple outdoor seats to breathe in the salty sea air. One master has its own on-suite bath with a double shower stall (bathroom #2) while the other master shares a full bath with a tub (bathroom #3) with the "kids" room (bedroom #4).
