Bathroom is off one of the bedrooms so this might not work well for some people. House has a washer/dryer hookup in the basement that has an outside access. House has central heat and window A/C units and a ceiling fan in the living room. (Bedroom pic with carpet is incorrect-is hardwood now.) Pet fee is $100. Trash fee is $20 in addition to rent. I require a Zillow application to be completed in order to consider someone as a tenant. Trash fee is $20 in addition to rent and is paid to landlord. Tenant is responsible for lawn care. Must be able to get utilities in your own name. Pet deposit is $100. Lease term is for one year.
