I received the home back from a person who was a lease to purchase contract. Unfortunately it was returned trashed and full of stuff. The honest condition is this. There are several damaged wall panels, a hole in the floor cut in order to repair a broken water pipe. A water leak not from the upper part of the wall but not from the roof. The good news is the roof is four years old and the A/C Heat Pump is less than one year old. Basically it is a solid built mobile home, with the clean out and mostly cosmetic repair it is a good deal for someone with the time and funds. Unfortunately I don't have. The gentleman next door who does repair and works for the park has offered to do the repair for $500.00 in labor plus material.
