    “We’ve loved this home because it offers a rare combination of privacy, convenience, and space. Being on a dead-end street means very little traffic, making it feel quiet and safe. One of our favorite features is that there are no houses directly behind us, which gives the backyard a much more private feel than most neighborhoods. The large backyard has been a great place for family gatherings, kids to play on the swing set, and simply enjoying time outdoors. We also enjoy having the walking trail at the end of the street for walks and exercise. Inside, we’ve put a lot of work into updating the home, including new flooring, remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms, and adding a custom mini bar area. We wanted the house to feel modern while still maintaining the warmth and character of a well-built home. The location is also hard to beat. You’re close to shopping, restaurants, schools, and everything Lawrence has to offer, while still enjoying the peace of a quiet neighborhood.
