I'm looking for someone to take over my 1 bed 1 bath lease in Denton, TX right above UNT ASAP. Walk to class, bars and restaurants. The rent is $849/month with utilities (electric & water) included. All you'd have to do is get internet if you want it. Laundry is not in unit but IS in the complex. Unfurnished so you need furniture. Gas stove and oven! I'm looking for someone to take over ASAP. You would have to move out by July 15, so you would be in the apartment for the rest of April (already paid for), all May, all June, and half of July. Also, note that I will want to do this officially through the leasing office with paperwork so please be sure you are qualified to rent or have a guarantor. Pets are allowed (2 max)! :)
