An application is accepted only AFTER the pre-qualification is conducted and includes a $35 fee that covers the cost of the financial, criminal and eviction reports. We do not participate in the section 8 program. The house should be available on or before June 24, 2025. Deposit ($1000) is what secures the lease with 1st month's rent due before move in date.
