The laundry room has hookups for both gas and electric dryer. There is a new, high efficiency 4-zone mini split AC/heat system, new energy star windows, and additional gas heater. There is a whole house surge protector installed to protect all the plugged in electronics. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, two are upstairs. There is a bathroom on each level of the house. There is a space to start a garden. The Hurricane school bus stops are short walk away. Pets are negotiable (additional fee, no agressive dogs). After initial screening, $50 application fee, it gets credited towards the first months rent upon approval. Utilities are not included.
