This is a beautiful Edge homes built townhome in Bluffdale, Ut. It was built in 2020 and my family and I moved in. There is lots of storage in the townhome. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry and a loft. The main floor has a dining room, living room, 1/2 bath, kitchen w/pantry, and coat closet. We had the basement finished and added an extra bedroom, a 3/4 bathroom (shower, not a tub), and an office. There is a deck from the main floor and the basement has a walkout to a patio. The garage is finished with extra storage shelving and an epoxy floor. We added extra cabinets for the kitchen and a bookshelf with a fireplace in the living room. All bathrooms have cabinets as well as the laundry. We also put some plywood in the attic for additional storage. There are a lot of upgrades in this house. It is a very nice neighborhood and it is peaceful.
