This awesome large bedroom could potentially be a second master bedroom, or used as a mother-in-law apartment, or rented as a studio apartment. Studio is 274 sqft including kitchen and bath. Looking for good tenants who want a great place to live. Tenant Requirements: tenant requirements: Credit score is used to help determine that you are likely to pay your rent on time. Your credit score should be at least 620 or you should have a cosigner with at least 620 credit score. id you have no cosigner and your credit is lower than 620, but shows a history of making payments on time and you have good rental references, you can probably qualify. Pre-paying an additional month of rent can also make up for credit problems. 2. you have no Felonies in the last 10 years and no gross misdemeanors in the last five years and 3. your combined before tax income (for all adults who will be living with you) is at least three times the rent, or you have a cosigner. How to Apply: $65 application fee per adult covers individual credit check and criminal background check (mysmartmove.com), verification of rental history, and verification of employment/income history. Applications are available when you tour the house and meet with the landlord. Bring $25/person of the application fee with you in case you want to apply when you tour the house. All applicants who meet the tenant requirements will receive equal consideration under the fair housing laws.
