Not only are these units some of the best looking and most updated both on the interior & exterior if you do a comparison on the internet they are one of the most economical best bargain units around. Even though we love animals since these units are so close together and the outside grounds are limited we have maintained these units as AN ANIMAL FREE PROPERTY! NO BARKING DOGS, NOTHING GETTING ON YOUR SHOES. NICE & PEACEFUL. Why should you consider renting from us? Well one of the most important reasons is we have 45 years experience & take the greatest care of our tenants. Unlike a lot of other management companies we are headquartered here in St. Louis an all of our property in here in St. Louis. When you need to get a hold of us you can call us and get a real human immediately. No having to email or talking to a AI phone robot where you leave messages that no one ever responds to. With the other guys good luck when you actually need a repair we have heard it can take days or weeks and a lot of the time they send the cheapest company they can hire and it is reflected in their workmanship a lot of times not even fixing the problem on the first go around. If you need a repair in one of our units we send one of OUR EMPLOYEES who has endless amounts of experience and will do the repair promptly & professionally. We have countless referrals we could provide of past & present tenants who could attest to how good of a management company we are and how good our service to our tenants is. As for the property these are some of the nicest best maintained units you will ever see or rent. We can't change the layout of the property or the room sizes but what we can do is make our units some of the cleanest best taken care of units out there, and since we are not trying to sell our units, when be buy products to install into the unit we buy a higher quality product than most other management companies use because we want the product to last. Real examples would be when we need to buy a stove we by a Self Cleaning Stove, American Standard Toilets that pass more waste without clogging than any other toilet on the market, Real Aluminum blinds just like the good old days not the cheap plastic ones that get hung up & break after a few times of going up & down, we make sure every refrigerator has an Ice Maker, attractive plank flooring, Delta Kitchen Faucets & Shower Wands in the shower, LED Lighting brighter lighting with only a of the electricity, The upgrades go on & on. We strive to get the best tenants we can to ensure everyone will enjoy their individual living space without issues. If you DON'T HAVE ANY ANIMALS & at least a 600 CREDIT SCORE & you would like to take advantage of the single unit we have available at this moment this is what we are offering. Most management companies build in a 3% increase if you do more than a 1 year lease we are the only management company I know of that actually gives you a discount the longer you stay. ON OUR CURRENT PRICE DROP SPECIAL! This unit is discounted to $1,125 per month but you can lock in even more savings when you sign a 5 year lease you get at a discounted rate of $1,024 per month. That's a savings of $1,200 a year, or $6,000 over the life of the lease. We are also offering a 4 year lease at $1,049 per month saving $900 per year or $3,600 for the entire lease. Or you can get a 3 year lease at a discounted rate of $1,074 per month a savings of $600 a year or $1,800 savings over the life of the lease, or you can choose to go with a 2 year lease and get a rental rate of $1,099 per month. Thereby saving you $300 a year or $600 in savings for the life of the lease, or you can decide to go with a 1 year lease at the discounted rate of $1,124 per month. There is a $1,124 security deposit and a $75.00 non-refundable application fee for each applicant over 18 years old. Applicants must have a credit score of at least 600. If you are looking for a management company who buys and properly maintains beautiful properties while promptly servicing the tenants needs and understands the importance of customer service this is the place for you.
