The Wallingford Arms is a 14 unit building built in 1926 situated one block off 45th in the heart of Wallingford. It is 2 blocks West of QFC, half block from the Wallingford branch of the Seattle Public Library and just around the corner from post office. There are dozens of other great shops and restaurants all within a stones throw from the building. The Metro bus 44 route is easily accessible and runs between Ballard and University of Washington on 15 minute intervals. There are coin operated laundry machines in the basement and a detached garage behind the building where extra storage maybe available for an additional fee. Water, Sewer and Garbage are billed back to Residents, and there is a $30/month fee for heat. Unit A is a basement studio that has laminate flooring throughout, a gas stove and ample-sized walk-in shower. It receives decent natural light and remains cool during the summer months but toasty in the winter. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval. This is a no smoking and no dogs building however cats are welcome.
