Monthly rent is $950/month plus all utilities (gas, electric, water, sewage, garbage). To give you an idea of utilities, for a family of 3 the current gas bills run $15 in summer to approx. $110 in winter. Water is generally $80-90 every 3 months; sewage/garage combine runs about approx. $200 every 3 months and Electric bill runs approx. $115 in summer to $200 in winter. Home has never been rented out before, this will be first time, currently owner occupied for past 12 years so there are a lot of updates and home is well maintained. House is a couple blocks from H.D. Berkey Elementary and Roy A. Hunt schools.
