The residence is professionally managed, furnished, cleaned and in a quiet section of the Newark Community. We are located just steps away from UMDNJ, NJMS, Rutgers GSBS, Rutgers Dental School, RU Newark, NJIT, and Essex County College. If you do not have a car no problem! Transportation is not a issue! Newark Light Rail Stop, NJ Transit bus stop as well and just a quick walk to Newark Penn Station. We are looking for normal roommates to share our apartment with while we live here in Newark and attend school. No party people please. No drama. That's why we don't live in the dorms.
