The back porch, with a ceiling fan, is framed by shade trees. The QUIET STREET is only one block long, with minimal through traffic, and lined with mature live oak trees. PLUM CREEK has many amenities: pools, parks, elementary school, golf course, hike and bike trails, and community center. It's 5 minutes to ACC's Kyle campus, Seton/Kyle hospital, HEB grocery, EVO Entertainment Center, restaurants and shopping. Nearby Hays High School is highly rated. Easy access to I-35 to Austin, San Marcos, San Antonio. Tenants are responsible for all utilities (including Wifi/cable) and yard maintenance, which includes sufficient watering of the trees, shrubs, lawn, and mowing. Owner pays Home Owner Association dues. Use of community pool and/or golf course is optional, and dues for using those amenities are paid by tenants. No smokers or dogs, please. The fireplace is decorative only - it is not functional. The first lease term is preferred to end in June or July 2026 (to allow for move-in before schools start in August 2026).
