The room has a picturesque view of the front yard with a pond and farm scene in a very peaceful country setting within a nice neighborhood community. My husband and I live in the property in the master bedroom. We've enjoyed successfully renting to SU students and traveling WMC health professionals so far. The monthly price includes utilities and shared use of the laundry, kitchen, main home living, and outdoor patio & deck areas. It is available to rent to a FEMALE Christian-friendly tenant this summer up until August 29th. Single occupancy with no pets or smoking.
