In addition to the finished space in the home, and beyond that unfinished attic that is just waiting for your signature, there is ample unfinished storage space. Unfinished space in the areas adjacent the finished basement could be used to add a bath and kitchenette thus there is potential to establish a nanny/in-law apartment.
