The home is one level which means no stairs to deal with. I am not a multiple property landlord. I own only this rental property which means more personal attention. The renter will deal directly with me on all issues. I can provide a letter of recommendation from the previous tenant if desired. The yard is NOT fenced in. Lease term would be for one year minimum. Would consider a multiple year Lease. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Utilities must be put in renter's name before occupancy. First month's rent, deposit, and any pet fees are due at lease signing. A copy of the lease would be available before signing. Credit, Eviction, and Criminal checks will be conducted if application is accepted and approved to move forward to the second stage of a background check. This is a non smoking property. No smoking is allowed inside or outside the home. No storage of extra vehicles, campers, boats, and non running vehicles are permitted. No automobile work permitted on the property besides minor work on personal vehicle used for regular transportation.
