Ideal for a single person (couples negotiable). Unit opens onto a large patio with dining tables and open seating for entertaining. There is an outdoor kitchen area and access to our gorgeous garden. The garden has a table setup for dining as well, where we like to have friends over. We spend a great deal of time in the garden and value the energetics of the space. We have organic fruit trees: limes and lemons and other seasonal fruits/vegetables and a selection of herbs. We are open to share if the space is respected. If you are interested in contributing to the garden we are open to that as well. Again, we are looking for others who are mindful and appreciate the same type of lifestyle. You know who you are. We are located on the cusp between Silver lake and Rampart Village, ten minutes from either Hollywood or Downtown LA. 101 Highway access off Silver lake exit (3 mins away).
