This well-appointed home is located a few blocks from the U of U in a quiet neighborhood. A block from a bus stop and cafe. Shared spaces come furnished. Your roommates: You will share the large house with 5 other people with private rooms. We are co-ed. We are undergrads, grad students, and working professionals. We keep our house quiet, respectful, and clean. We do have occasional cocktail parties, potlucks, and barbecues, but no ragers! :) About the house: Recently updated kitchen and bathrooms. Central AC and heat. Laundry in house. Porch with couches, and back yard with patio. All are expected to take turns on chores and keep the house clean. No drugs. No excess partying. No smoking. No pets. No couples. Lease: Rent is $700 a month, and utilities are ~$125 on average per month per person. One year lease required, then monthly after the first year. Deposit is $250 + one month's rent. Rent deposit used to pay the final month's rent, and $250 refunded. Utilities not included, usually around $125 a month but less in Spring/Fall, this includes a cleaner who we have clean public spaces twice a month. Landlord pays for Gigabit Fiber internet.
