The kitchen offers lot of cupboards and nice appliances including a DISHWASHER! There is a good sized dining area that opens up into the large living room. Down the hall you will find the full bath and two large bedrooms (the master has a bath too ). There are ample closets and additional storage! This unit really has it all! There is a washer and dryer that is already provided for you too! There is off street parking for two vehicles. It is a minute away from the Maine Turnpike and just minutes to the beach. The rent is $2,100 per month and this includes the heat (monitor), cable and wifi. Tenant pays for electricity and the hot water heater is electric. There is electric heat in the bedrooms if you need it on a really cold day (but this is rare). The unit is available for an immediate move-in.
