The shop has two bays. One is about 16' wide and 26' deep. The other is 20' wide and 48' deep. At this time there is a wall between the two bays that can be removed. At this time we have two bedrooms and one full bath. However, we have an office that I will change into a third bedroom before closing if you want. The third bedroom would have a 6' closet and the bedroom would be 12'x17'. There is a 5'x8' tool shed and a 16'x16' shed. There is an area behind the house that is fenced. The washer, dryer and frig were purchased in 2012 and will remain with the house. There are two small pantries (about 3'x3') and a utility room that has space for an extra frig and a freezer.
