We have an elementary school down the street, and a high school a few minutes away. Would be perfect for a couple. Owner pays for gas and trash. Renter will pay electricity. Small dog ok. No smoking. Small child ok. Prefer couple. Parking is on the street which is never an issue. Always tons of parking. Property has cameras located outside of property for our safety. Tenants are responsible for keeping ADU and area clean. Tenants need to report any damage to studio, to landlord immediately. And tenants will be responsible for any damages. No loud noise after 10pm. Will need to sign for one year lease. After the year is up, we can discuss month to month. If tenant leaves before lease is up, they will pay required fees.
