When: available August 21, earlier possible What: need a roommate to share a huge 2600 sq. ft house with me. The house has 2 beds and 2.5 baths, you'd have your own private bed and bath (unfurnished). You are welcome to furnish other areas of the house as you like as there is tons of space. Who you are: You don't have pets or smoke (420 is fine) and are immaculate in common areas and the kitchen. You have your own furniture, as the room is unfurnished. You must individually satisfy the landlord's screening requirements for this property, which includes having an income of at least $7,000 per month and a 700 credit score. You would be added to the lease with me, and we would split the security deposit and rent upon move-in. I've already paid these and you would be reimbursing me. Who I am: I'm a 27-year-old attorney with a large St. Bernard/Great Pyrenees mix. I work in downtown Sacramento and am from the area. I do not currently share the house with anyone else.
