Registered Guests Only Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please let us know if the number of guests changes during your stay. 2. No Pets While we love animals, pets are not allowed on the premises. 3. Parties & Gatherings We understand that celebrations may happen from time to time, and that's okay. However, please keep them occasional this is not a party house every weekend. Respect for the property and our neighbors is essential. 4. Quiet Hours 10 PM to 8 AM Please be mindful of noise, especially after 10 PM. This includes music, loud conversations, and running on wooden floors. We want everyone guests and neighbors to enjoy a peaceful environment. 5. No Smoking Indoors Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, or other substances) is not allowed inside the home, including bathrooms. 6. Towels We no longer provide towels, so please bring your own. Thanks for your understanding. 7. Sand Removal Before entering the house, please rinse off any sand using the hose provided at the rear entrance. This helps keep the home clean for all guests. 8. Cleanliness Please leave the property tidy and free of trash. Double-check that no trash is left behind, including under beds or furniture. 9. Property Care & Emergencies Treat the property with care and report any issues promptly.
