My wife and I have lived at 1610 Arapahoe St. since 2004. Since then, we have entirely updated the home, including refinished the original oak floors, finished the basement adding another bedroom and 3/4 bathroom. We have replaced the heat pump, water heater and roof all within the last 6 years. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe. Our neighbors vary from new families to retirees. There are many large oak trees that help shade our street and our back patio.
