We are renting our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. The house is centrally located on a quiet street that is close to St. Mary's Hospital, downtown, Lincoln Park, and CMU. The house has lots of natural sunlight and storage. This home is dog friendly. The kitchen includes range and refrigerator and there is washer/drier hook up. Tenant pays all utilities (water, sewer, trash, gas, and electric). Tenant also maintains the yard, which has a sprinkler system. Landlord will supply lawnmower, setup and winterize swamp cooler, and setup, maintain, and winterize irrigation system. NO SMOKERS. Must be 21 years of age. Dogs welcomed with an additional fee of $35 per month upon pet approval. If you have less than 2 years of rental history, you may be required to pay a higher deposit and/or have a guarantor. $1,350 per month + Utilities, first month rent and security deposit, available in June, lease ends May 31st, application, references, credit check, and background check required, must be 21 years of age
