The location of the house is located at a very convenient place. It takes less 10 mins to supermarket and school. 4. Utilities fee covers electricity, water, garbage, laundry, and internet. There is also a printer, copy, scanner and fax machine in the living room. 5. No drug, no smoking, no pet. 6. There is already an OSU undergraduate engineering department boy lives in one room. 7. Prefer using my furniture. Bed frames are not negotiable; mattresses, desks and chairs are negotiable. 8. Prefer college students or young professionals. Spring or summer term is negotiable. 2017-2018 academic year leases are accepted. 9. $350 deposit. 10. Request screening. Email to schedule visiting time or fill application directly.
