Washer and dryer not included but the unit has hook ups ready for them. The unit has a one-car garage too (not pictured), plus another car can be park at the driveway. There is also plenty off-street parking space for additional cars. The available unit is and end unit, so only one wall is shared with neighbors, which are very nice and friendly. This unit does not have the optional patio depicted in the floor plans. Water+Trash $25/month. Cats Allowed, maximum of 2 and subject to pet rent and pet deposit. No dogs allowed. Their requirements for tenants are a minimum 600 FICO score and an income-to-rent ratio of 3. There is also a $40 application fee.
