House was just sold. Zillow estimates leading up to sale were off the mark. This was brought to Zillow's attention prior to sale and Zillow responded that they could not adjust an individual listing because the prices were based on their proprietary algorithms. But they suggested that if I were to go in and adjust listing information, it might alter the value shown on Zillow.
