Love my cottage style home but I'm engaged and moving to Pittsburgh! Over the years I've made some updates that give the house a cozy character that always gets complements and gives off good vibes. The sliding glass door out back was replaced with french doors. The garage was turned into a master bedroom with a second bathroom added. There is a deep bathtub in the master bathroom, which is my favorite feature and hand selected by me.The newest edition to my favorite room is a bamboo ceiling. Pedestal sinks in each restroom, with a standing shower in the guest bath. There is a gorgeous arbor in the back yard with a patterned stone landing between. Fragrant lavender climbing roses reach the top in the summer. Add some twinkle lights, hanging citronella jars and a bbq pit and you have a backyard paradise. The backyard also has what was once a covered fort built for kids but can easily be used for garden storage supplies as well. I was in the middle of remodeling when I got engaged so the floors are bare in most of the house. I am giving a flooring and stove allowance to cover this. I personally would want to pick my own floors and appliances if given the chance, I thought you might too!
