This 1892 Victorian was turned into apartments in the 1940's during the war effort. It was owned by the same family for nearly 70 years when we obtained it. We performed a ground up restoration on the structure which including a new foundation, plumbing, electrical and gas systems. New bathrooms and kitchens, etc.. The original house is in the front top and is still in it's Victorian Layout and with the original windows, floors, doors and a classic and comfortable 1940 kitchen with modern appliances. We love this house and would hate to see it go but if someone really wants it we may part with it for the right offer. Neighborhood Description Fantastic Bay Station neighborhood. Excellent family oriented neighborhood with shopping, restuarants, hardware, coffee shop just a block away along Lincoln Ave.
