Hi there! We are renting our two bed, two bath rowhome starting August 15th. Our home was recently renovated. Our home can also be rented partially furnished at no additional cost. We restored the original pine sub floors, exposed an old brick chimney (nonworking), and added other unique details to our cozy home. There is a separate living and dining room that get excellent afternoon light, connected to a galley kitchen that is bright and cheerful in the morning. There is a full bath on the first floor off the mudroom and pantry, which leads to the spacious backyard. Backyard furniture pictured will be rented with the house. We also have a "bakers alley" which makes taking the garbage out a breeze. Upstairs, the house is a cape, with two very large bedrooms with closets. Each bedroom can easily fit a king bed, dresser, and chair. Upstairs is another full bathroom that is currently being renovated and will be finished before you move in on August 15th. There may be an opportunity to move in before August 15th and we can discuss this once you sign the lease. We welcome all pets (everyone in Fishtown has a dog!), but will require a $500 non refundable deposit for dogs, and a $250 non refundable deposit for cats. The house does NOT have central A/C, but has gas heat. There is a new stove and new dishwasher in the kitchen and a new garbage disposal. $40 application fee per person (for background check), will be required. We will also be requiring proof employment and a previous landlord reference. We will also require renter's insurance (usually about $15 a month). Thank you!
