Each unit has individual trash and recycling bin to be brought to the road by tenants on scheduled pick up days. Basement has large storage areas for each unit and a coin operated washer and dryer. Cats will be allowed for a one time fee of $300 and an additional $25/month rent. Proof of vaccination records and city license must be provided to landlord.
