Looking for a peaceful tenant that will rent my house in a nice clean and peaceful neighborhood. I have great neighbors and want someone who will also be respectful to my neighbors. Freshly painted interior, new laminate wood floors, nice quiet neighborhood, must up keep yard. Fenced in back yard with shade and a deck. Full unfinished basement with lots of storage. Washer and dryer. Renter pays all utilities: water, waste water, electric, and gas. There will be a $30 per person back ground check, non-refundable. I will only allow up to two small dogs that are potty trained. There will be $50 pet deposit per pet non-refundable. No smokers. Must get renters insurance.
