Please feel free to ride by the house and checkout the neighborhood. Once you have determined this house is a good fit please come to our office at 3679 Florida Blvd (across from the BR General Hospital). Bring in your proof of income, drivers license and the $50 application fee. There is a $25 monthly pet deposit. No vicious breeds of dogs are allowed. The security deposit is $500. Once your application is approved You will get the keys to move in once the deposit and rent have been paid and the lease has been signed. We require a 12 month lease.
