Our neighborhood is very special! There are a lot nice, young families that live near, and are very active in their children's lives. There is the large Pembroke Park nearby that has tennis courts, baseball field, soccer fields, two large playscapes, sandboxes and picnic tables. The park is nestled in our little community and is very safe for all age children. On afternoon walks it is common to hear the cheers of athletic games. Our address is Troy, but our school district is Birmingham, so children would get the benefit of Blue Ribbon schools and parents would pay taxes for Troy (which are less than Birmingham). Our neighborhood is quiet, yet friendly. We hate to leave, but need a larger house for our growing family.
