Visitors staying longer than 7 consecutive nights require written permission from the Landlord. Smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes or marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the ADU, on the ADU patio/entryway, and anywhere on the shared property grounds. Pet Policy: Pets are permitted only with prior written approval, a signed Pet Addendum, and a non-refundable pet fee. 7. Tenant is responsible for day-to-day upkeep, including replacing lightbulbs, reporting leaks immediately, and keeping the unit clean and sanitary. Landlord Access: Landlord reserves the right to enter the unit for inspections, maintenance, or repairs with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, except in the case of an emergency (e.g., active water leak).
