I bed , 1 bath, tiny home "treehouse" overlooks the steam at lynbrook park. One Block off of lower Main street it is walking distance to local restaurants and 5 minutes from downtown and UTC. The little house has a kitchen with a retro style fridge, built in cooktop, and microwave. The full bath has a surprisingly big shower there is a small living room with a full size couch and TV. The bedroom had a full size bed with closet and storage. The is also small loft for extra storage or the occasional nap. Min six month lease. Prefer one year. Pets okay on case by case basis.
