Our single family home is convenient to shopping and public transportation. We are close to 3 elementary schools and within walking distance of a high school. Pets OK. First and last months rent, $1000 security deposit, $200 cleaning deposit (non refundable) and back round check (about $50/adult). Tenant pays for all utilities.
