Pets: We prefer no pets. This home is perfect for 2 professionals or a small family in corporate relocation, government transfers waiting for a new home to be built, or those looking for a comfortable, furnished rental for a definitive short term. Note: We are also open to letting family and friends stay in the home if we do not find the right renters. We include almost all utilities; Verizon FIOS 1Gb Internet with full WiFi coverage throughout house and pool area, well water with full filtration & UV treatment, wastewater via septic and drainfield, 2-car garage, and NOVEC electricity. We have solar panels that cover some costs associated with normal summer usage, but not EVs. There are 2 EVSE chargers in the 2 car garage if you have such a need and we can work out how you can cover those extra electrical charges. We include trash pickup but not recycling; as it is available locally & free. There is no propane; all electric. Our monthly cleaning service, the weekly lawn care guys and the daily pool care are mandatory and included in the price. Our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter live right next door and perform the daily pool care/maintenance. You will share pool usage with them. A Property Manager is on call for anything serious and he lives across the street. This is a very tight community. No smoking whatsoever in the house or garage. We prefer no pets. There are several areas of the house not available to the renter. Our personal bed/bath area on the 1st floor is not included. Furniture and all/most household items are included and most are moveable. From past experience doing this we'll probably have in-depth discussions to fine-tune a plan that works for the family/group we select, if any.
